Your information

Privacy Policy

Blog2Forum is designed for public conversation around published writing. This policy explains what information the service handles and the choices available to you.

Effective July 21, 2026

Information we handle

  • Blog URLs you submit and article metadata discovered from public feeds.
  • Comments, replies, and other discussion content you choose to publish.
  • Basic account information supplied through ChatGPT sign-in, such as your display name.
  • Technical request information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used

We use this information to load public articles, provide discussion rooms, attribute posts, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, and improve the service.

Storage and service providers

Blog and discussion records may be stored in Google Sheets through a server-side integration. Hosting, authentication, and other infrastructure providers process the minimum information needed to deliver their services. Private integration credentials are not placed in public page source.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is disabled until you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, it helps us understand page and feature usage. Your choice is saved in local storage and can be changed at any time with the Privacy control. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Public content and external links

Comments and replies are public. Avoid posting sensitive information. Imported articles remain on their publishers’ sites, whose privacy practices apply when you follow an external link.

Retention and choices

Records are retained while they are useful for operating the forum, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, or protecting the service. You may decline analytics without losing access to articles or discussions. Requests concerning your account or published content can be made through the account and support controls made available on Blog2Forum.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
